Introduction
Hydroxyapatite, also called hydroxylapatite, alkali type calcium phosphate, calcium is apatite (Ca5 (PO4) (OH) 3) natural mineralized.OH - base can be fluoride, chloride and carbonate ions, generate fluorine apatite or chloride matrix apatite, the calcium ions can be a variety of metal ions by ion exchange reaction, form the corresponding metal ions M apatite (M on behalf of replacing calcium metal ions).
Applications
a. Bone replacement materials, plastic and cosmetic surgery, dental, chromatography purification, calcium supplement, is currently widely used in manufacturing with the tip of the teeth or bones composition new stuff.
b. Hydroxyapatite widely exists in the human body and milk, are mainly distributed in the human body in the bones and teeth, mainly distributed in the casein micelle in milk and whey.
